Encon Maintain Ltd. Are committed to the effective implementation of a Quality Management System which satisfies the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001.
It is the responsibility of all employees to ensure ongoing compliance with the relevant quality procedures.
It is the objective of the Organisation to seek continual improvement in all aspects of service quality. To ensure that all contracts are completed to our Clients’ satisfaction, on time and at the agreed price.
We understand that, from time-to-time, there will be changes to specification requested by our Clients. It is our aim to ensure that changes are always recorded, costed (where appropriate) and, where agreed, implemented quickly and efficiently.
Staff training and the regular reviewing and updating of our quality management system is of the utmost importance and will ensure our objectives continue to be met in the most cost-effective manner.
